 Terms and Conditions for Book Your Pet's 12 Days of Christmas

Promotion Details

  • This 12 Days of Christmas promotional offer is provided by BookYourPet.com and is applicable to the purchase of an annual subscription (12 months) to Book Your Pet’s pet business software or Membership platform.
  • The promotional offer entitles subscribers of the business software to be entered into a prize draw on the date of their subscription purchase. Subscribers will receive 1 entry into the draw on the day of purchase. Entries cannot be carried over to subsequent dates or duplicated.
  • Discounted rates of '12 months for the price of 10' on software subscriptions and 20% off membership subscriptions will be applied when registering with the respective platforms.
  • Subscribers will be entered into a prize draw on the day of their purchase with the chance to win a free PitPat Activity Dog Activity Monitor worth £39($49) RRP.
  • Prize draws will take place between Monday, December 11, 2023 and Friday, December 22, 2023.
  • Daily prize draw winners will be notified the next working day and will have 14 days to claim their prize. Prizes will be dispatched within 30 days of being claimed.

Payment Terms

  • Payment for annual subscriptions is required in full at the time of registration.

Refunds and Cancellations

  • No refunds or cancellations for subscriptions to both the business software and membership platforms are permitted after the payment is made, except as required by statutory rights to cancel.
  • Subscribers in the United States are entitled to exercise their statutory right to cancel under the ‘Cooling-Off Ruler’ within 3 days of making a purchase (applicable to sales made at their home, workplace or dormitory, or at a seller’s temporary location).
  • Subscribers in the United Kingdom are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, during which they can cancel the subscription without providing a reason. This period starts from the day of purchase.
  • If a subscriber cancels their subscription under these statutory rights, BookYourPet.com reserves the right to rescind any prize offers made to the subscriber.

Statutory Rights

  • The subscriber’s statutory rights are not affected by this promotional offer.

Eligibility

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts, except the annual rate discounts specified above.

Validity Period: 

  • This 12 Days of Christmas promotional offer is valid from 00:00 (GMT) on Monday, December 11, 2023 until 00:00 (GMT) on Saturday, December 23, 2023
  • Subscriptions must be registered within this time-frame to be eligible to be entered into the prize draw.

Shipping of PitPat Dog Activity Monitor

  • The free PitPat Dog Activity Monitor will be shipped to the subscriber’s provided address within 30 days of being claimed. Delivery times may vary.

Modification or Termination of Offer

  • com reserves the right to modify or terminate this 12 Days of Christmas promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
